Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely and your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts and coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

All packages ship in 100% discreet, unmarked packaging. The shipping label will display a neutral business name with no indication of the contents.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation.

4. Returns & Exchanges (Health & Safety Policy)

IMPORTANT: Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are FINAL. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any product that has been opened or used.

Defective products covered under our Lifetime Quality Guarantee will be replaced at no cost to you. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt with photos and your order number.

Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of order placement, before processing begins. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

5. Lifetime Quality Guarantee

Haloelf products come with a Lifetime Quality Guarantee against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, accidental damage, damage from incompatible lubricants, modifications, or unauthorized repair.

To make a warranty claim, contact hilltina128@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion.

6. Age Verification & Adult Content

By purchasing from Haloelf, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (21+ where required by law) and that you are purchasing these products for your own personal, adult use.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we reasonably believe the purchaser is under the age of majority or is purchasing for minors.
